The Cadence Company offers a "30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee" on products purchased through our website (www.thecadenceco.com). After receiving your merchandise, you have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the item if you are unsatisfied for any reason. We accept returned merchandise in "as-new", undamaged condition, with the original, unaltered merchandise enclosure/case and all original tags attached (this includes the Seal of Authenticity tag that is cable connected).

You will be responsible for return shipping fees. For international returns (i.e. outside of the United States) you are also responsible for any tariffs or other import fees. We recommend shipping your returned merchandise through an insured delivery method requiring signature for delivery. Custom made-to-order, limited edition, or products offered at exclusive discounts may not be eligible for return. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your return. Please include your order number to aid in return processing.

Once the returned merchandise has been received, inspected and confirmed, we will process the return using the original form of payment. We will then send you an email notifying you that return processing has been completed. Please allow 3-7 days after processing has been completed for the credit to appear with your banking institution.
If you prefer an alternate item, you may return the undamaged, "as-new" item within the 30-day warranty period for an exchange of a non-discounted product of equal or lesser value. Please contact our support team via email prior to returning the merchandise in order to ensure appropriate processing of the exchange.
If the item is outside of the 30-day warranty period and is in need of repair, the item can be returned to us for service. We will repair the item and return to you. Please note that a repair fee may be charged if all components are not returned, and replacement components must be issued to complete the repair. You will be notified in advance of repair if there is a service fee required to repair your item.
